Application Process

In addition to the forms required by Student Affairs, the Emergency Medicine Education Office requires the following:

1. You must have completed the required Surgery and Medicine courses at your medical school.
2. An original medical school transcript including explanation of grading system.
3. USMLE Step 1 Score Sheet or COMLEX Score Sheet
4. Recent photograph of applicant
5. Copy of driver's license (for hospital security badge purposes)
