The goals of this CDC-Sponsored project are to assess the burden and associated risk factors among Healthcare Providers (HCP) for COVID-19 acquisition and identify means to prevent transmission to HCPs in emergency care, with the overall objective to inform response activities for maintaining the emergency care community during the COVID-19 and future pandemics.

The purpose of this study is to determine the percent of frontline workers that have antibodies to COVID-19 and no known diagnosis.

This NIH-sponsored study is testing whether convalescent plasma (CP) can prevent progression of mild COVID-19 infection (not hospitalized) into more severe COVID-19 (hospitalized).
